Metal construction. Full of realistic detailing including its miniature newspapers & complete with newspaper seller figure. It is all original & complete.
It is in excellent as near to new condition. This is listed as Gauge 1 item but to me its more O Gauge size than Gauge 1. Measurements Building, 90mm (H) x 100mm (W) x 100mm (D). Figure 45mm.
Very good collectors boxed edition and not a common edition to find obtain.
Boxed in its original box which it will be carefully packed in for the posting/shipping of it. It comes with its original Marklin certificate.
